She also wears a scarf; Jackson wears a white shirt and dark tie. She is speaking and he is listening. A crew member stands at center in the middle distance, wearing a white t-shirt and unravelling a wire. All three are African American. The image is in the left corner of the print with a large white border at right and top. In the upper-right corner, someone has written in black ink, "SO MAYOR JACKSON, CAN YOU INCORPORATE THE QUESTION IN YOUR ANSWERS?"
