Rev. Hosea Williams, Jesse Jackson, Martin Luther King Jr., and Rev. Ralph Abernathy stand left to right on the third floor of the Lorraine Motel in Memphis, Tennessee, April 3, 1968. King and Abernathy wear suits and ties. Jackson wears a jacket, cardigan sweater, shirt and jeans. Williams wears an open-collared shirt, light jacket or sweater and slacks. They all carry suitcases and are standing in front of a room with the number "304" on it. The men face slightly to the left (their right).
