331 photographs: black and white; 8x10 in. Photos show black soldiers affiliated with the 369th Regiment during the First and Second World Wars.  Includes group and individual portraits of 369th soldiers during World War I, group and individual portraits of Col. Chauncey M. Hooper in Hawaii during World War II, group portraits of a 369th basketball team at Camp Edwards in Massachusetts in 1942, soldiers boarding ships, soldiers in training camps and hospital wards. Also has some publicity stills for "Different Drummer" and photos of Miles production staff. Of particular note are two autographed portraits dedicated to Col. Hooper, several photos of an autopsy, a group portrait of the Women's Auxillary, and a photo of Gen. John J. Pershing.
