Good mob scenes with crowd pushing police line. Police use clubs and carry a man by his arms and legs across the street. A girl resists as police attempt to put her into the police car.

A man is interviewed who says that he came from a long way to see that Negros didn't get into the school and that many others did also. Shots of groups of police.
