Blossom is interviewed about communites having plans regarding desegregation. Blossom says that the Little Rock Plan was a "phase" plan beginning at Senior HS level and working way down to elementary. He also stated that each community should be studied and that people of Little Rock were not in favor of integration. After they understood the plan, they approved.
