Governor Faubus says people of Arkansas voted against forceable integration, 1954 decision was without basis in law, millions of Americans believe Supreme Court decision is illegal, violates democracy, not in accord with constitutional guarantee of states rights.  Integration of races only achieved over time, length based on individual circumstances.  Not his duty to enforce school integration with force.  Is bound to uphold constitution and enforce laws of state within the framework of the constitution.
