A film in which Bob, a boy on the track team, defies the coach's no candy rule and is kicked off the team. The coach, however, is later visited by the Spirit of Candy, who educates him on the benefits of candy. Realizing the benefits candy can bring to athletes, the coach reverses his decision to ban Bob from the team. As the track meet begins, the coach's daughter frantically searches for Bob, who is the only hope the team has for defeating their rival.
