Box 01 - 18 photographs on mat board: color and black and white; 16 x 20 in.  Photographs show an assortment of  formal and informal portraits and group portraits.  Photographer believed to be Art Fillmore.  Slight to fair water damage to mat board on all photographs.

Box 02 - 29 photographs on mat board: black and white; 16 x 20 in.  Photos show an assortment of subjects including informal and formal portraits, landscape scenes, montage shots, and informal group portaits.  Most photos appear to have been taken in East Asia, possibly China, and including photos of religious figures in temples and agricultural work being done.  Photographer is believed to be Art Fillmore.  Minimal water damage evident to mat board.

Box 03 - 4 photographs on mat board: color and black and white; 16 x 20 in.  10 photographs on mat board: black and white; 11 x 14 in.  Photos show an assortment of subjects including montage shots, individual and group portraits, both informal and formal, and glamour photos.  Art Fillmore was likely the photographer of all the 16 x 20 in. photos.  The 16 x 20 in. photos are in fair condition with minimal water damage.  The 11 x 14 in. photos are curled and have slight to moderate water damage.

Box 04 - 12 photographs on mat board: color and black and white; 16 x 20 in.  6 photographs on mat board: black and white; 11 x 14 in.  Photos show a range of subjects including landscape and glamour shots.  Most have fair to moderate water damage to mat board and some show evidence of insect infestation as well.

Box 05 - 9 photographs on mat board: black and white; 11 x 14 in.   2 photographs on mat board: color and black and white; 14 x 17 in.  Photos show scenes and subject matters.  Many appear to be informal and formal group portraits in St. Louis downtown area.  Others are abstraction montage scenes or glamour photos.  The two 14 x 17 in. were photographed by T. Mike Fletcher.  Photographs have minimal water damage to mat board.

Box 06 - 60 photographs: 53 black and white; 11 x 14 in.,  7 black and white; 8 x 10 in.  Photos show various glamour and publicity subjects.  Most are portraits of women and many have names of models on reverse, along with "Arthur Fillmore Studio" stamped or written.  Arthur Fillmore was photographer for Remaining are informal group portraits, contact sheets, street scenes, possibly of St. Louis showing signs of poverty and urban decay.  Most are slightly curled and have minor water damange.  23 photos were more significantly curled and needed to be flattened.

Box 07 - 36 photographs: black and white; 7 x 10 in.; 9 photographs: black and white; 8 x 10 in.; 9 photographs: black and white; 5 x 7 in.; 1 photograph: black and white; 3 x 5 in.  Most photos show Shelby Stork productions.  Images include film editing equipment and informal portraits of employees at work.  Photographer was T. Mike Fletcher, as indicated by the stamp on the reverse of most of the photos.  Another small group of group portraits taken by Art Fillmore that show parents and their newborn in an unidentified hospital, with narrative information on the reverse.  The last group of pictures is of children posed and candid, a publicity photo of a musician and a montage of a hockey player.  Overall condition is good, although some curling, crease marks and small pin holes evident.

Box 08 - 68 photographs: 61 black and white, 7 color; 66 11 x 14 in., 1 14 x 17 in.,   1 10 x 8 in.  Photos are glamour, portraits, landscape and montage.  Glamour photos are portraits of women and many have names of models on reverse.  Potraits include two children posing in cowboy attire and various candid street scenes, most focusing on urban life.  Landscape photos are of architecture, cars and nature.  The montage photos are affiliated with Art Filmore.   Most photos have some moderate water damage and a couple have other photos or clippings stuck to them.

Box 09 -  35 photographs on mat board: 22 black and white, 13 color; 34 16 x 20 in., 1 11.5 x 13 in.  Photos are portraits, landscape and montage.  Portraits are photos of people both candid and posed.  Landscape photos are primarily of architecture and urban decay with a few of transportation.  Some photos had titles/descriptions attached to the matboard.  The photos are in fair condition, some with creases or minimal water damage. 

Envelope 1 - 20 photographs, 12 black and white, 2 x 3 in; 3 black and white 2.5 x 3.75 in.; 1 black and white 3 x 4 in., 1 black and white 3.5 x 3.5 in.; 1 black and white 3.5 x 4.5 in; 1 color 2.5 x 3.5 in; and  1 ektachrome transparency.  13 black and white and 1 color publicity photographs, professional head and shoulders shots.  Remainder are portrait photos of people and Delta Chi carnival booth. Some phots have slight curl. 

Envelope 2 - 7 photographs, 3 black and white, 3.5 x 5 in; 4 black and white 4 x 5 in.  All photos are portraits and are of a film production.  All in good condition. 

Envelope 3 - 5 photographs, 2 black and white, 2.5 x 3.5 in; 3 black and white 4 x 3 in.  All photos are portraits of a couple at various dances including the 1957 Kap & Bells awards banquet.  All are in good condition. 

Envelope 4 - 4 identification cards, 1 newspaper clipping, 1 announcement with newspaper clipping.   Identification cards are from Roosevelt High School in Los Angelos and UCLA.  The newspaper clipping is of "Today's photo" of Joan Dilger, age 22.  The card is a formal marriage announcement and newspaper clipping for Jane Heffron and Pierre Vacho.  Glue from tape has aged and stained the announcement.
