Materials were orginally in binders "Episode 1 Animation" and "Episode 2 Animation."   However, they were not in this order.  Materials were stored  in non-archival plastic sleeves with their corresponding photographs.  The photographs and reference sheets were removed.

Reference sheets must stay in their designated folders. Folders 1-9 are arranged chronologically by war and contain mostly images that are group and individual portraits of subjects unidentified by name. Folders 10-17 are also arranged chronologically by war and contain multiple images of journalists/correspondents identified by name. All reference sheets have an Insignia Films numbers which correspond with photos.
