No known information about original container.  The material came to FMA in one Hollinger legal size, flip top document case.  

Material has been placed in Hollinger white file box.  Material does not occupy entire box.

Diane Everman, who was in charge of collection prior to its arrival at FMA wrote on a number of documents, including the card from Fishers/Reynolds.  Other markings by Everman include page numbers in upper right corner.  All of these marks are in pencil and in brackets.  The decision was made to leave these marks on the documents as more damage could occur if attempted to be removed.
